Texas Home Care Partners was founded in 2009 by Tammy Mills and Deborah Garcia, who share a passion for helping seniors live their best life possible.
Native Texans and friends since college, each has experienced a personal journey caring for loved ones.
Tammy and Deborah intimately know the challenges that families face with caregiving and are determined to provide the best possible care to make your journey as smooth and peaceful as possible.

We founded Texas Home Care Partners on a whole-person approach to care – we focus not only on necessary tasks at hand but also on bringing joy, peace, and comfort to those we serve.
From activities and outings to conversation and friendship, we genuinely care about our clients and their families. Our goal is to let the family be family while we provide the daily caregiving tasks.
Our care plans are customized to provide each person (and family) with the services they need. Perhaps it’s complete care for the client, their home, groceries, coordination of healthcare services, and more, or simply providing help with bathing, grooming, meals, and medications. We tailor our services to your individual needs.
Providing both long-term care for seniors and short-term post-surgical care, Texas Home Care Partners focuses on high quality, compassionate, and safe in-home care that alleviates the worries and concerns of all involved.
How Is This Accomplished?
Texas Home Care Partners is independent, locally owned, and personally operated. Having explored several franchise groups and other home care companies, Tammy and Deborah realized that larger in-home care companies often lose their ability to provide outstanding care. Due to their size and numbers, their operations lack oversight, personal interaction, and communication with the families – all of which are essential to Texas Home Care Partner’s mission.
Our management team is always available to clients and families, whether it’s in a caregiver supervisory capacity, providing thoughts and guidance on care and resources, or simply providing a shoulder to lean on. We are committed to serving you with faith and care.

The care our Mother received from Texas Home Care Partners (Deborah Garcia and her staff) was excellent. We would recommend this group of professional caregivers to any and everyone.
