Peace of Mind

You get more than just quality in-home care with Texas Home Care Partners – you get peace of mind. Every member of our in-home care team is carefully selected and trained. To be considered, the applicant’s background checks are just the beginning. Candidates must also align with our character beliefs. They are expected to embrace the same principles that inspired Texas Home Care Partners: Safety, Dependability, and Compassion

We believe it takes integrity, ethics, maturity, and patience to provide the highest quality in-home care to our clients and families, and that is what we seek in our home care aides. Furthermore, as an independently owned and operated in-home care company, Texas Home Care Partners’ founders are actively involved in the day-to-day management and pride themselves in 24/7-support and quick responsiveness to the needs of both the home care team AND the client.

At Texas Home Care Partners, our employees are our most valuable assets, so we treat them accordingly. Our company provides excellent pay, flexible hours, continuing education, and caring management.

Comprehensive Training

Each of our home care aides undergoes extensive training before home care assignments can begin:

Additionally, we require that our home care providers complete quarterly training and continuing education on an ongoing basis.
